Speaking of Rijker..
What is UP with the June 8th card in Amsterdam?..

(MAY 26) As WBAN previously reported….the plot IS definitely thickening! First WBAN had a hot scoop that Jane “The Fleetwood Assassin” Couch from the UK was set to fight Lucia Rijker in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on June 8th. Big Scoop---WBAN was happy….Couch had even signed a contract for eight rounds and was anticipating FINALLY getting a shot at Rijker.   BUT---just shortly after the Couch team made THEIR announcement. Mia "The Knockout" St. John made HER announcement! St. John contacted WBAN, and said for Couch  not to get her hopes up, and that she (Mia) was fighting Rijker on June 21, 2003, in Los Angeles on an HBO card, AND that Rijker had signed to fight her (Mia).  Now we have learned that Mia is NOT fighting Rijker on June 21st,   but according to Rijker’s team, Rijker will still be on the June 21st card.  So what about the June 8th card?  What about the contract Couch signed to fight Rijker…..no one seems to be talking about a fight that was offered to the “Fleetwood Assassin” just prior to the June 21st card!
